1. The above said Delight Leadership Bonus will be applicable for the financial Year 1st April 2019 - 31st March 2020 for the business transactions between the business weeks from 01-04-2019 to 31-03-2020
2. The above said Delight Leadership Bonus amount will be given to the business level achievers in addition to the benefits provided and commission to be given as per the business plan, subject to deduction of TDS. The above announced amount shall be inclusive of service tax and all other applicable taxes as per the law of the land time being in force.
3. Subject to law of the land time being in force and/ or depending on overall targeted sales volume of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20, the above announced respective bonus amount for the respective business levels may be changed or withdrawn as per the sole discretion of the Company.
